Nopia reserves the right to reject any such content, regardless of stated intent, and disclaims all liability for unverified or unauthorized submissions involving minors.
- Nopia Oy Ltd operates solely as a passive service provider and does not endorse or assume responsibility for any user-generated content. We are not a publisher and act solely as a platform facilitator.
- Nopia Oy Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability for the content published by users and is under no obligation to monitor, screen, or verify any content.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, if any.
- You use the Services at your own risk. We recommend regularly backing up your work.
- We may use automation or AI-based tools to support delivery, enhancement, or moderation of Services.
